1945 - 1955
During the war in 1945, by Order of the plant "Rostovshakhtostroy" mine, in Kamensk created Rembaza. The collective had to restore the destroyed cities and nearby settlements, to repair the mining equipment, electric locomotives, tunneling buckets and other equipment from all mines of combine.
1955 - 1978
In 1955 by efforts of the management, Rembaza acquired the status of Kamensky mechanical repair plant - KMZ. On the territory of the enterprise made a large range of products - mine copra-temporary, cranes pioneer and 990, tower crane S-464, truck crane AK-75, gantry cranes, MCC-10 MCC-7,5, welding electrodes, Spark, welding machines TS-300 and TS-500 (in collaboration with the Yerevan factory), welded household enamel bath, Sewerage cast iron pipes and radiators, pressed steel, reinforced concrete, galvanized embedded parts, forklift PGS-800/16.
1979 - 1990
In mid-1979, the Ministry of heavy industry of the USSR bought a license from the German company Stetter for the production of concrete mixers and concrete power plants. Mintyazhstroy USSR instructed to master the production technology of ABS and BSU enterprise KRMZ, raising the category of the plant and renaming it in the KOMZ. Within 1 year, the team has created all the necessary infrastructure for the production of concrete mixers. In January 1981, the first 35 pieces of equipment rolled off the Assembly line. 85% of the company's output was exported to different parts of the world, including Germany, USA, Argentina, India, China and other countries. Technologists of electrode production together with experts from the Institute of electric welding named after E. O. Paton developed new brands of welding electrodes. For the Institute E. O. Paton KOMZ became a pilot plant, where the production tests of the electrode brand ANO-21 type e-46 for welding critical structures of low-carbon steels. The legendary brand ANO-21 to this day occupies a leading position in world sales.
After perestroika in 1991 at the enterprise there came a crisis. The main partner and customer of the German company Stetter has dramatically reduced the volume of purchases. The plant in a difficult time for the country failed to compensate for the lost sales, which led to the bankruptcy of the KOMZ. Since 1997 the new page of history of the enterprise begins. With the advent of the new leadership was established by the company KOMZ-Export, which for two years continued the tradition of the enterprise. KOMZ-Export produced a variety of products under the TIGARBO brand. The flagship of the plant again became concrete mixers, which acquired the status of No. 1 ABS in modern Russia. KOMZ-Export for the first time in Russia established production of 1kg of cardboard packing of welding electrodes ANO-21, ANO-24, Mr-3 and other brands having loaded production capacity for 100%. Also at the plant under the brand TIGARBO began to produce - glue KMTS, adults and children's hair shampoos, household chemicals, plastic wrap and even high-quality state-of-The-art stew. In 2006, KOMZ-Export launched a production site in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates and became the only manufacturer of concrete mixers in the Gulf countries.
2008 - 2015
The global economic crisis
At the end of 2008, in the midst of the international economic crisis, the plant launches the process of developing a new direction - the production of abrasive materials and tillage agricultural machinery. In spring 2010, the first field tests of the ADS-6 disk unit were conducted. At the end of the same year, the Italian Poggi PASQUALINO line for the production of cutting and grinding abrasive wheels on a bakelite bond was launched. Diversifying production, in 2015, KOMZ-Export launched the development of electric transport.
New era. Electric transport
In mid-2016, the development of the first prototype of the electric vehicle Elecard 5 E-TIGARBO 4 was completed. The production of electrical engineering was complicated by the lack of experience and technology of working with plastics. After two years of experiments, trials and errors, the team of the Shop №12 for the production of polymeric materials began to supply to the conveyor KOMZ-Export body kits for 13 models of electric vehicles. The range includes passenger model, electric tricycle, a bus and truck version of Elecard. During this period of time, a strong impetus was given to the development of agricultural machinery. Due to the high quality of disk units, KOMZ-Export quickly won the gratitude of farmers in all regions of the country.
